Dal 20 al 22 novembre 2013 si svolgerà ad Utrecht il terzo European Open Space Learning Exchange. E’ abitudine dei praticanti dell’Open Space Technology – di gran lunga la più spettacolare tecnica di lavoro di gruppo che io conosca – ritrovarsi ogni tanto per scambiare esperienze, pensieri, progetti… In una parola per imparare. Nella storia di questa tecnica di lavoro di gruppo “scoperta” (e non “inventata”) ormai più di trenta anni fa da Harrison Owen , ci sono stati molti eventi mondiali nei quali persone da tutto il mondo si sono ritrovate per lavorare sulle evoluzioni del metodo e per affinarne la pratica. L’evento di Utrecht sarà il terzo incontro europeo dopo Parigi 2009 e quello del 2011 organizzato a Cagliari da Gerardo de Luzenberger insieme a Poliste e Boscop. Sarà come sempre un grande Open Space e offrirà la possibilità, a chiunque sia interessato, di sapere di più sull’Open Space Technology, sulle sue applicazioni e soprattutto di vederla all’opera. Non bisogna dunque essere facilitatori professionisti per godere appieno delle giornate di Utrecht… E’ sufficiente essere persone”interessante ed interessanti” ! From 20 to 22 November 2013 Utrecht will host the third European Open Space Learning Exchange. Open Space Technology practitioners – by far the most spectacular group working technique I know – are used to meet periodically to share experiences, thoughts, projects… In one word to learn. In the history of this group working technique “discovered” (and not “invented”) some thirty years ago by Harrison Owen , there have been many world events where people coming from all around the world gathered to work on the method, its evolutions and to refine practices. The Utrecht event will be the third European after Paris 2009 and the one organized in Cagliari by Gerardo de Luzenberger together with Poliste and Boscop in 2011. It will be a big Open Space as usual, and will give the opportunity, to anyone interested, to know more about the Open Space Technology, about its applications and most of all to see it live . So you really don’t need to be a professional facilitator to fully enjoy the Utrecht days… It will be enough to be “interested and interesting” !
